Rachael Olatunbosun

Operation Assistant

Rachael is an Operations assistant at Oxford Insights. She is skilled in using qualitative methods to identify areas of improvement. With a background of working with governmental organisations to develop the interests of the people, she excels at analysing and developing results using practical methods & techniques to understand human behaviour and create impactful strategies.

She has contributed in the collaboration of projects with organisations having operated within the youth department of a charity-funded infrastructure, she has supported the most vulnerable individuals and groups in communities. Her focal point lies in the implementation of transformative initiatives. Rachael has further studies in Sociology & Criminology and is passionate about public policies and implementing development within these policies for the betterment of societal issues especially pertaining to Black, Asian and minority ethnic (BAME) communities.

Outside of work, Rachael loves the gym, music, fellowship and working with young people to implement change across London.
