Poss is our first Managing Director, and joined at the start of 2026.
A people-focused and vision-driven commercial leader, Poss brings over 20 years of experience facilitating digital transformation and leading purpose-driven initiatives across the public, private, and climate sectors.
Throughout his career, Poss has demonstrated a consistent ability to navigate complex organisational change while maintaining a focus on high-performing teams and inclusive environments. Prior to joining us, he established Rooted & Rising, a fractional leadership and executive coaching consultancy that helped professional services organisations grow in sustainable, human-centric ways.
His extensive leadership background includes serving as Chief Operating Officer at dxw, where he oversaw the agency’s growth from a small team to over 120 staff and spearheaded its transition to employee ownership. He also held the role of Chief Operating Officer at Climate Policy Radar, a not-for-profit startup leveraging AI and data science to accelerate global climate action.
Poss has deep roots in the UK public sector, having spent seven years at the Government Digital Service (GDS) as Head of Delivery Operations. and another five as a Programme Delivery Manager at the Cabinet Office (Directgov), managing the delivery of complex digital services and ministerial engagement.
