Laura McIsaac-Bailey

Laura is a Senior Consultant and ACE lead for Oxford Insights. She is an experienced Delivery Manager for public sector projects, using agile ways of working to deliver innovative, effective solutions for UK and international governments. She is also a skilled User Researcher and Business Analyst, proficient in qualitative desk research, textual analysis and high quality report writing, and has presented her findings at both national and international conferences.

Laura holds a BA in English Language and Literature and a MA in Medieval Literature and Language from King’s College London. She has also undertaken postgraduate research in gender identity, critical theory and Anglo-Saxon hagiography, and taught undergraduate programmes in Language Theory and Medieval Literary Culture. Laura was awarded the Associateship of King’s College London for completing an inclusive, research-led programme in Theology and Ethics.

In her free time, Laura is a voracious reader, has a small calligraphy obsession, and loves writing poetry by the sea.
