Joram is an economic consultant at Oxford Insights, focusing on international advisory projects related to AI policy and the Government AI Readiness Index.
He holds an MSc in Philosophy and Public Policy from the London School of Economics and an MSc in Economics from Tilburg University. The academic research he conducted as part of these programmes relates to wide-ranging topics in international development, public finance, and ethics. He has a strong interest in diverse economic policy issues such as fair taxation, the impacts of AI on the labour market, and emissions trading schemes.
After work, Joram enjoys reading and playing sports.
