Jasmine Kendall

Principal Consultant

Jasmine is a principal consultant at Oxford Insights. Since joining the company, she has worked on a range of projects, investigating procurement practices during the COVID-19 pandemic, scoping out a new data governance model for the agri-food sector, and conducting research to support the UK government’s provision of services for nationals abroad. She is especially interested in work which connects governments with voices across civil society, particularly if those voices are underrepresented.

Having spent time living in both Chile and Argentina, working in universities as a teacher and a translator, Jasmine is fluent in Spanish. She enjoys using her linguistic skills to connect with people across the world as part of her work with Oxford Insights.

Jasmine has a strong interest in Latin American politics, which motivated her to complete a master’s degree in Latin American Studies university, where she was elected a Simón Bolívar scholar. She also has a MA degree in English and Modern Languages.
