Jasmine is a Principal Consultant at Oxford Insights, where she specialises in evaluations and public service design. Since joining in 2020, she has led numerous high-profile evaluations for clients such as Administrative Data Research UK, Open Contracting Partnership, Open Ownership, EITI, and the International Finance Corporation. She also has extensive experience in designing and delivering public services, working with UK government departments including the Central Digital and Data Office, Foreign Commonwealth and Development Office, Ministry of Justice and Department for Work and Pensions.
Fluent in Spanish, Jasmine has lived in both Chile and Argentina, where she worked in universities as a teacher and translator. She values the opportunity to use her linguistic skills to foster global connections in her work at Oxford Insights.
She holds a master’s degree in Latin American Studies from Cambridge University, where she received a Simón Bolívar scholarship and graduated with distinction.
