Catherine Palk

Catherine joined Oxford Insights in April 2024 after a long and successful career in education. She left her senior position in teaching to move to Oxford Insights desiring a new challenge. Over her time as a consultant she has overseen a project delivering a new digital service for the MoJ, as well as working as a BA on a service mapping project at Cambridge University. She was recently appointed as Operations Director putting her leadership experience and organisational skills learnt through her role leading a large core department in a top London school into practice for OI.

Catherine loves running and is very proud of her half-marathon time of 1:36. She is a keen artist and has a house full of her paintings and sketches.
